Joe Good III, principal with the law offices of Joe Good, received an undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and earned a Juris Doctorate from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. He graduated from the local citizens’ police academy and he has handled hundreds of criminal cases throughout South Carolina. Attorney Joe Good III is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar Association, Charleston County Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Federal District Court-District of South Carolina. He is a graduate of the University of Virginia School National Trial Advocacy College.

Mr. Good has helped hundreds of people with criminal infractions ranging in age from high school to college to post-graduates and senior citizens. Mr. Good has handled charges such as Driving Under the Influence, Driving with Unlawful Alcohol Concentration, underage possession of alcohol, larceny, drug charges including possession with the intent to distribute to distribution to trafficking, as well as any and all other serious felony charges.

Mr. Good also focuses his criminal practice on assisting organizations and corporate executives who have been accused of criminal malfeasance with navigating the complexities of the criminal litigation process. Mr. Good practices in the Federal Courts for the District of South Carolina, South Carolina Circuit Courts, Magistrates Courts, Summary Courts, and Municipal Courts.
